Hey ladies, I know it's hard going from brand to brand with different sizing. I know things can get a little stressful when looking at the size charts and trying to understand what fits. I don't want sizing to be a hassle for you. I wanted to make things easier for you when it comes to finding your perfect fit. If you follow these guidelines, there shouldn't be any problem.
Each item in my collection has it's OWN SIZE CHART. Make sure you check the size charts out. The measurements show how it will fit on you as it fits on the model. Most of my collection has a form fitting style to it so be aware of this. We're also here to help! If you have any questions or if you don't see your size please don't hesitate to contact us.
To process your return at the returns center visit
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain items cannot be returned, like bodysuits, swimsuits or intimate apparel (such as lingerie or bathing suits, or earrings, ), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products and lingerie). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We do not accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded in the form of store credit, or the order on which the payment was originally received. Clearance items if approved will be refunded in the form of store credit.

Our top priority is making sure your items arrive to you in a safe and timely matter. After making your purchase, you can expect the delivery of your order within 5 to 15 business days (Weekends and holidays are not included) Please be sure to make your purchase around the provided shipping times in a timely matter; refunds will not be given based on shipping if it is WITHIN our policy time.
The Shipping Policy is followed:
A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified.
Once the order is being processed, you're order cannot be cancelled or changed.
We ship to the USA and Internationally. International shipping fees will be calculated at checkout depending on the location.
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
It normally takes 1-7 business days to process your order. Please note that holidays & weekends are not included. Processing time is for each order with no exceptions. Due to COVID-19 extra precautions are taken in order to keep you and us safe.
You may receive more than one package in your delivery as we work with different manufacturers; we don't wait for all of the items to complete processing to ensure fastest delivery.
Shipment takes approximately 3 to15 business days to reach destination.
Once your order is shipped out, an email notification with tracking number will be sent to you. There will be a tracking number for each package received. You may receive more than one package if ordering more than one item.
The Total Delivery Time is Processing Time and Shipping Time combined.
Our products are shipped from the USA, Europe, and China so shipping times and processing times may vary.
Tracking information is sent via email. You have the option to have text messages sent to you as well. After delivery was made we may contact you for a satisfaction check.
Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.
