Our top priority is making sure the items get delivered to our customer as soon as possible in a safe mater. Normally you will receive your order in 4-27 business days from the date that it is placed.


Due to COVID-19, extra precautions are being taken to make sure your products are shipped safely.


  • A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified.
  • Once the order is being processed, you're order cannot be cancelled or changed however, we will do our best to support your request.


It normally takes 1-7 business days to process your order. Please note that holidays & weekends are not included. 


  • Shipment takes approximately 8 to 30 business days to reach destination.

  • Once your order is shipped out, an email notification with tracking number will be sent to you. There will be a tracking number for each package received.

  • The Total Delivery Time is Processing Time and Shipping Time combined.


Tracking information is sent via email. You have the option to have text messages sent to you as well. After delivery was made we will contact you for a satisfaction check. You may receive more than one package in your delivery as we work with different manufacturers; we don't wait for all of the items to complete processing to ensure fastest delivery.


Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.
